Am I eligible?

Yes, if you are a Fiji resident, over 18 and employed

What do I need to provide?

  1. Two most recent pay slips

  2. Two forms of ID - any of these Driver Licence / TIN (Joint Card) / Voter Card

  3. Most recent 3 months' bank statement

How much can I borrow?

Minimum of $100 and maximum of $300 for first-time customers. Returning customers may be able to borrow more depending on your income.

How are repayments made?

Repayments are made via direct payroll deductions, IB scheduled transfer of MPaisa (for existing customers only). If approved, you will need to obtain confirmation from your payroll of the scheduled repayment arrangements or submit a screenshot of your MPaisa account or IB scheduled repayments. Repayments are made on a weekly, fortnightly or monthly basis depending on your pay cycle.

Where is your office?

Upstart Lending is 100% online service. However, we now have a physical location at Lot 1, 38/40 Spring Street, Toorak.

How many days does it take to process?

If the online application form is completed and and all the required documents are correctly uploaded, you will be advised of an outcome within 48 hours. If documents are not provided accurately, the application will either be declined or processing will take much longer.
